We work the plan into sprints (we call them laps) so we can keep track of the performance and fine-tune to suit.
No good plan is static. And in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we need to keep the plan relevant to the conditions. We regularly keep in contact to ensure the desired outcomes and vision is being met satisfactorily. And we make small tweaks to the plan to keep it this way. WHO WE ARE
Kinovec was started in Central Scotland in early 2020 when our directors were asked to help with sourcing and handling large volumes of wholesale cleaning and janitorial consumables. Having already been direct-sourcing to supply these products to social care and education for the past 25 years, we rose to the challenge in upscaling quickly.
To best meet the needs of our small but critical client base, we invested significant resources to provide the financial and physical infrastructure to help these clients manage an unstable supply chain by reserving, storing and dispatching large volumes of product to emergency services, health and social care distributors and NHS supply chain partners.
We have continued to serve these clients with outstanding performance, and have now re-mapped our service offering to be able to support a broader client base. With clients in the UK and Europe, access to manufacturers in 6 continents, and a bulk storage and distribution network to complement it, we are able to support dynamic companies who are looking to leverage greater buying power and access to wholesale products without heavy commitments to stock, infrastructure or R&D.
